A follow-up to #14 that brings
/server/docs/up to date with the server features in #19.Merge this after #19. The Pages workflow deploys the site as soon as this merges, so merging it first would put features on the site that the server doesn't have yet.
What changed
--acme,--acme-email,--acme-staging,--acme-http-port/--no-acme,--tunnel/--no-tunnel,--tunnel-tokenand--cloudflared.setcapon Linux, staging,--acme-http-port 0when IIS or nginx already uses port 80);X-Forwarded-Proto,Forwarded,X-ARR-SSLorCF-Visitor;llms.txtupdated to match.docs/SERVER.mdis left alone because #19 already changes it.Testing
