fix reddit embeds

Summary

• temporarily disable Reddit embeds while Reddit API access is pending
• remove Reddit from the supported platform registry and docs platform cards
• leave a Reddit docs page explaining the disabled status

Root cause

Reddit now requires explicit approval before apps can access Reddit data through the API. Until that approval is available, keeping Reddit enabled makes pasted Reddit URLs fail at fetch time.

Validation

• pnpm exec moon ci platforms:lint platforms:fmt/check docs:lint docs:fmt/check
