The new site's stylesheet defines a purple scale, with #8847B9 as the brand accent and the dominant tone in the logo, but nothing public names it as the Elixir color. Icon sets and language registries (linguist, simple-icons, devicon) each picked their own purple over the years and want an official source to cite. This adds one line so we can point them at it.
