docs: rewrite Cloud vs OSS comparison page#2272

Remove the dead/old Loom video and bring the OSS vs Cloud comparison up to date with the current product. Rework the comparison table into sharper capability categories (AI agents & MCP, coverage, column-level lineage, ML detection, governance, security & privacy), add links to the relevant feature docs, fold the agents + context engine story into a tighter Cloud description, add an SEO-friendly FAQ, and add a talk-to-the-team CTA high on the page plus a "try Cloud free" question.
