Summary

• Update README, packaging, adoption, and tool-landscape docs to mark FastaGuard v0.5.0 as the current published GitHub, Bioconda, and BioContainers release.
• Pin workflow starter examples to the v0.5.0 Bioconda package and BioContainers image.
• Update the local Bioconda recipe mirror and release metadata tests to track the v0.5.0 source archive SHA256.
