• Pin effect and the @effect/* packages this repo depends on to npm 4.0.5, and sync repos/effect to tag effect@4.0.5.
• TaggedUnion and ExtendTaggedUnion reject duplicate _tag values at compile time, matching Schema.toTaggedUnion.
• JSON Schema for PositiveInt and NonNegativeInt now includes Schema.Int's safe-integer maximum (Number.MAX_SAFE_INTEGER).
• Bump @effect/language-service to 0.87.5, @effect/tsgo to ^0.56.0, and vitest to ^5.0.5 so it matches the @effect/vitest@4.0.5 peer range.
