• Drop redundant static in anonymous namespaces.
• Remove a debug directory listing from kvs_test.cpp.
• Rename shadowing locals in kvs_test.cpp and multiple_kvs.cpp.
• Rename the snake_case helpers in kvs_test.cpp and kvs_builder_test.cpp to PascalCase.
• Brace-initialize two declarations that reached main after the idiom pass.
