[Che-Operator] when applying a rollout on che-dashboard with an image create multiple replica #23988

Describe the bug
Since I've set up Eclipse che with a customisation (loader.svg / che-logo.svg) the operator "bug" and create multiple replicas.
The secret : https://github.com/batleforc/weebo-si/blob/develop/2.argo/helm/che/sub-bis/templates/custo/custo.yaml
I've tried removing the specificity of my env except the customisation but with the same result.

In the log of the operator i can see

Steps to reproduce
- Add logo through a secret
- wait for the reconcile
- delete the che-dashboard pod or rollout
- Enjoy the Christmas tree if you watch over Argo

Not multiple reconcile
