Summary
Drops Python 3.10 support in the template project, matching the E2B monorepo (e2b-dev/E2B#1974).
template/pyproject.toml:requires-python = ">=3.11".template/uv.lockwas relocked with uv 0.12.24 (the.tool-versionsversion).
