Description

Add Authorization client with ping, check, and evaluate methods for MCP capabilities policy evaluation. Includes tests following existing patterns.

Motivation and Context

Duo will be releasing an Authorization API. This pull request adds the foundational work to extend our public-facing client to support the new API.

How Has This Been Tested?

Existing test paradigms were carried over to the Authorization API additions.

Types of Changes

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
  • Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)
