dryan/reusable-workflows moved dependabot-ci.yml to the repo root (v2) so callers no longer need the full .github/workflows/... path. v1 is deprecated and will be removed once all callers have migrated.

Closing: the v2 path (repo root) is invalid. GitHub requires reusable workflow files to live in .github/workflows/, so v1's long path is unavoidable. Reverting this migration. |
