Replacing the previous version heading swallowed those notes into 1.34.8, so the GitHub Release body included Toolkit port-publish text from 1.34.7. Keep a live-changelog extract test so the current version stops at the next heading. Co-authored-by: Doug Rathbone <dougrathbone@users.noreply.github.com>
