Railway assigns PORT dynamically. Hardcoded 8000 causes healthcheck failure because Railway routes traffic to $PORT, not 8000. Remove healthcheck until first successful deployment is confirmed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
