宿主对每个 system prompt context 无条件做变量插值，正文里的
{{FLOW2SPEC_PROJECT_CONFIG}} 会触发宿主变量名校验失败并中断整轮会话；
双语模板同步改写为不带花括号的写法。AGENTS.md 的 init 期占位符保持不变。
模板正文修复随 Core 发布；按发版门禁本地已跑 version:check / npm test / pack:check 全部通过。CLI 保持 3.6.5（兼容范围 ^3.8.2 已覆盖 3.8.3）。
