Visual Studio Extension

Use the Visual Studio Extension Manager (search for RESX), install from the Visual Studio Marketplace, or download the binaries from the GitHub releases and double click the ResXManager.VSIX.vsix

Run the ClickOnce installer.

Scripting Module for PowerShell

Download the Scripting Module from the GitHub releases page. Expand the zip file to a folder of your choice. See the contained Sample.ps1 on how to use it.
