Verified: submodule commit matches tag b11796, e2e and integration tests green.

Merged. Follow-up: port the bump-llamacpp workflow to llmman. Please open future PRs against https://github.com/llmmanorg/llmman instead, as model-runner is being deprecated in favour of it. |
