docs: expand Desktop releases FAQ for support and older installs - #26415

lets remove this. we don't need another place on how to install. should link to the original source
Remove duplicated install commands from the releases FAQ and point readers to the existing Windows, Mac, and Linux install docs instead. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
