The protected-main push canary now reaches MinIO and lists one isolated remote entry. Kache uploads during compilation, so an explicit sync correctly has nothing left to transfer. Accept that completed upload as well as an explicit upload. The second fresh runner must still download the isolated entry and produce a cache hit with zero misses or errors. Focused contract tests, actionlint, and ShellCheck pass.
