Upstream agentrust-io#275 at 3726259 fails the pinned Ruff formatting gate. This adoption companion formats only cli.py and test_lineage_cli.py; both Python ASTs are unchanged.
Validation after formatting: 847 unit/conformance tests passed, 2 skipped. Ruff format and lint, mypy, Bandit and whitespace checks pass. Python 3.12 environment uses main's hash-locked development dependencies with this checkout installed editable; Ruff 0.17.1 matches this branch's lock. No behavioral or hardware assurance claim is added. Hosted checks and independent approvals remain.
