[Feature]: Peer-to-Peer Kudos & Contributor Activity Metrics (Gamification)

Summary

Introduce peer-to-peer recognition (Kudos) and contributor activity metrics tied to task completion events, providing team momentum, appreciation, and squad velocity leaderboards.

Background & Context

Identified in the initial roadmap (Phase 3), gamification mechanics encourage prompt task closure, foster cross-functional gratitude, and provide visibility into contributor efforts across squads.

Proposed Capabilities

1. Peer-to-Peer Kudos (/pm kudos send user:@member reason:... [task:...]):
   • Squad members can award recognition points to teammates with a message of gratitude.
   • Interactive button on Task Action Cards allowing quick kudos sending when a task is completed.
2. Automated Completion Recognition:
   • Optional server setting awarding completion points to assignees upon closing tasks.
3. Leaderboard & Contribution Metrics:
   • Slash command (/pm kudos leaderboard [squad] [period]) and Control Hub dashboard panel showing contributor rankings.
   • Summary of tasks delivered, reviews completed, and appreciation received.

Acceptance Criteria

• Persistent storage of kudos allocations with timestamps, reasons, and optional task links.
• Rate limiting on peer allocations to prevent score inflation.
• Interactive leaderboard view with period filters (This Month, All Time).
• Can be enabled or disabled by server administrators in /pm settings.
