A Relay that removed this Burrow, or whose account has no plan, is asked nothing, so the device list read "Could not reach the Relay" or "Connect this machine". The line now reads the Burrow's status first: no plan links the plans, removed points at enrolling again, and a self-host build names its own Relay. When the Relay refuses this computer, because it was removed from the account or the account has no Hosted plan, the push line in Settings → Notifications used to read "Could not reach the Relay to list phones." or "Connect this machine…". The Relay was reached, though, and it said no. The line now reads the Burrow's own status (
