spec-lint: pricing.md and website-docs.md over their word budgets on main #1419

pnpm lint:specs fails on main at d3a53fa, which turns Build & Test red in run 40791905684:
spec-lint: 2 problem(s)
docs/specs/pricing.md: 2623 words exceeds its 2600-word budget
docs/specs/website-docs.md: 3302 words exceeds its 3300-word budget
#1408 edited both specs and re-baselined hosted.md and security-hosted.md in scripts/spec-word-budgets.json, but not these two. Its own Build & Test check was already failing when it merged. Running node scripts/spec-lint.mjs on current origin/main reproduces both findings.
The fix is either to cut each spec back under its budget or to run node scripts/spec-lint.mjs --ratchet on both (pricing → 2650, website-docs → 3350). Open #1413 raises the pricing.md budget to 2700, but it is conflicting and leaves website-docs.md over budget.

I'm not opening a separate ratchet PR, since it would conflict with #1413's edit to the same lines.#1413 is approved and its

main: #1413 merged as cf5de99, raisingpricing.mdto 2750 andwebsite-docs.mdto 3350 inscripts/spec-word-budgets.json.node scripts/spec-lint.mjsat 8f16a6d reportsspec-lint: OK (40 specs, 83 files checked), and CI on that head passed.
