Ensure that zynqmp, versal and versal2 based platforms work with latest IPI bindings for versal2 - ensure that device id mapping for the SDT is supported too. add debug print to let user know when handling for libmetal-output file is occurring. Signed-off-by: Ben Levinsky <ben.levinsky@amd.com>
