chore(deps): drop entire kubernetes directory

Description

This PR proposes to entirely drop the kubernetes directory. There are two reasons for that:

1. This library is using unmaintained 1.32 version of k8s libs (compare https://kubernetes.io/releases/patch-releases/#non-active-branch-history)
2. The only consumer I was able to find was https://github.com/defenseunicorns-labs/lula1 which is not maintained anymore. Looking through other orgs doesn't return any results:

     Zarf directly relies on specific versions of k8s libraries.

I found a few other misc consumers (test logic) but neither has been touched in 1yr+.
