Add a README / install information

Hi there, I am trying to import a mysql db dump and visualize it with sqlt-graph.

I am a little confused how to install this since the Download link on https://sqlfairy.sourceforge.net/ just links to https://metacpan.org/dist/SQL-Translator which in turn does not download a binary but the entire source. There is no readme or install instructions in this repo nor any comments in the makefile. The docs page linked from https://sqlfairy.sourceforge.net/ also does not contain any install instructions.

I just wanted to clarify how this project is installed, since perhaps I am overlooking the proper way to install it. I am on MacOS Sonoma. Thank you

You can install it with the CPAN tool, or with cpanm if you prefer that. They will both download directly from CPAN.

For MacOS there is also a Brew formula.
Some of the functionality has a dependency to OS binary libraries, such as the graphing tool GraphViz. It will require installing the GraphViz separately. Again, available in Brew Formula for GraphViz.

Would there be any interest in a README.md that encapsulates that information to make this more self-documenting for folks finding it on github? I'm happy to create the PR for this and tweak as desired.
