将应用及开发版显示名称统一为 BISHENG / BISHENG Dev，同步界面、品牌、签名描述、发布应用路径和文档。保留应用 ID、数据目录、登录协议与安装包文件名。
Intel 打包从 GitHub-hosted
macos-15-intel改为专用 self-hosted worker，标签为self-hosted/macOS/bisheng-intel。保留 Rosetta 预检、x64 Node、x64 Bash 和 verify-target。ARM 与 Intel 使用独立 runner 工作区，可以并行准备依赖和运行测试；涉及共享 keychain 的签名打包阶段串行。同一 macOS 用户的 keychain 搜索列表是共享状态，因此在准备签名 keychain 到清理完成之间使用互斥锁；超时失败保留诊断，只有持有 lease 的 job 可以释放锁。其他仓库的签名需另行协调。复用 main 现有 signed 测试通道：草稿 Release 跨 runner 传包，跳过 Actions artifact，上传 ModelScope
releases/test/<version>/，全平台成功时更新releases/test/latest/，运行摘要输出下载链接。回归覆盖 signed 的 all / macos / windows 均跳过 artifact。验证：
npm ci（postinstall 补丁成功）、npm run typecheck、npm run build、npm test（182 文件、1416 项通过）、git diff --check；Mac mini 原生 Rosetta x64 Node 和签名锁争用检查通过。专用 runnerJins-Mac-mini-Bisheng-Intel已注册并在线。未完成：真实双架构签名打包及安装验收。此前 signed run 在托管 Ubuntu 验证 job 启动前被组织账单限额拒绝；本次迁移 Intel 不会恢复 Windows 或 Ubuntu 的托管额度。
