Changes

Remove the root CLAUDE.md symlink and rename experimental/ssh/CLAUDE.md to AGENTS.md without changing its guidance.

Why

Claude Code 2.1.277+ reads AGENTS.md directly when no project CLAUDE.md is present. PR #7000 removes the remaining bundle template and fixture CLAUDE.md files; together the PRs leave none.

Tests

  • Passed: python3 tools/validate_agents_setup.py, ./task checks, git diff --check.
  • Full fmt, lint, and test runs were attempted locally; Ruff download, a Go analyzer panic, and local setup failures prevented clean runs.
