A dependency bump restored the previous DerivedData, whose precompiled Sparkle module no longer matched the new headers, so build-app and the unit shards failed with "modified since the module file was built". Restore only from the same Package.resolved hash.

Sparkle 2.9.6 to 2.10.1 fixes delta updates on macOS 27 and a few install edge cases. The release workflow and both Sparkle scripts move to 2.10.1 in the same commit (tag commit ab7d7129) so the embedded-artifact check matches.
Other bumps:
vite 8 was tried and rolled back: Rolldown's chunking collapses the worker into the vendor chunk, which needs a redesign.
Not exercised: the review diff viewer in the app, and the Sparkle update and release signing flow (first proven by the next rolling release).
