feat(frontend): query history per engine with inline recall (closes #642) - #651

Each history entry now records the driver it ran on. The history panel filters by engine, starting on the focused connection's, and a new button beside History in the editor bar lists the latest distinct queries for the tab's engine (one line, how long ago, full text on hover); picking one inserts it at the caret. Entries recorded before this keep working under "All engines". closes #642
