Closes #643.

After an editor run, success or failure, a toast shows for about 4 s: "Executed at 14:03:15 · 834 ms" (or "Failed at …"). The status bar's duration tooltip now names the run time too, so it survives the toast. Page turns and table previews stay quiet. It reuses the existing app-toast and formatDuration.

New pure helper formatClock (zero-padded HH:MM:SS, locale-independent), tested in duration.test.ts. Typecheck and tests pass. Not yet tried in the running app. The optional "turn it off" setting is left out.

An editor run (success or failure) now raises a short-lived toast such as
"Executed at 14:03:15 · 834 ms", and the status bar's duration tooltip
names the run time so it survives the toast. Page turns stay quiet.
