fix(catalog): read the WisdomTree fund list behind the product table - #78

Since the 2026-10 site rebuild /us/products renders the ETF table client-side from dataspanapi.wisdomtree.com/fundlist/data, so the page and its read-only rendering only show "No results found" and every run fell back to the published feed. The catalog now reads that JSON (direct, then the rendering proxy asked for JSON) and keeps the rendered table as the fallback.
The output* block is now textually identical across the brand updaters (superset of the per-repo alias maps).

Follow-up to the 2026-10-12 full data run (29 repos, CONCURRENCY=5): fixes the failures and data problems seen in that log and unifies the console output with the sibling updaters (one shared output block, honest [ done ] counts, one [ catalog ] line, no blank or interleaved lines, TICKERS=all, SEC_UA redacted)
