fix(distributions): keep the full SSGA distribution history per fund - #81

Print one [ catalog ] line, replace the [ summary ] line with two [ done ] lines (reporter tallies with elapsed seconds, published counts with thousands separators), print TICKERS=all when empty, redact SEC_UA, round div and sec to 2 decimals, read money from numeric values and strip a leading [label] from failure reasons so a message is tagged once.
The lineup dividend-distribution feed lists only the latest row per fund, so every meta.json held one distribution. Fetch the per-fund history from the same endpoint with ticker= (the data behind SSGA's ETF Historical Distributions page) and store all rows newest first, with the current frequency once per worksheet. A failed history request fails the fund so its published files are kept. Indicated dividend yields are rounded to 2 decimals like the official ones.
The output* block is now textually identical across the brand updaters (superset of the per-repo alias maps).

Follow-up to the 2026-10-12 full data run (29 repos, CONCURRENCY=5): fixes the failures and data problems seen in that log and unifies the console output with the sibling updaters (one shared output block, honest [ done ] counts, one [ catalog ] line, no blank or interleaved lines, TICKERS=all, SEC_UA redacted)
