Polls D365 operation history by exact correlation ID until terminal state, verifying combined-deployment packages and reporting errors. Includes PpacEnvId pipeline-alias opt-out, generated-artifact whitespace exclusions, and lint README note.

Adds a wait command that polls operation history by correlation ID and checks package status. Returns a structured result with status, packages, duration, and errors.
