Update CI workflow actions to Node 24 versions - #68

- Bump actions/checkout and actions/upload-artifact from v4 to v7, which run natively on Node 24 and drop the deprecated punycode and url.parse() dependencies. - Set init.defaultBranch before checkout to silence the git init hint.
