Roihu GPU container for Elmer

Elmer_roihu.def:

The container installs

1. MMG, ParMmg
2. hypre 2.33.0
3. AMGX on commit 3188dce5bdc22e96407d609e398925bed6aa010d (newer commit wasn't tested)
4. Elmer branch devel

Elmer_roihu_talp.def

In addition to Elmer_roihu.def, it installs libraries necessary for running TALP:

1. PAPI
2. DLB

Elmer_roihu_cudss_mumps.def:

In addition to Elmer_roihu.def, it installs:

1. cuDSS (GPU direct sparse solver)
2. MUMPS (CPU)

Building the container

Example build script that builds container.sif.
