Summary

  • Files dragged into an Orion iOS app from other apps are copied into Documents under a unique name and posted as kEventDragDrop at the drop point, one event per file.
  • The unique-name logic (name, name 2, …) is shared with the Open dialog's external import.
  • The remote-control server gains drop <x> <y> <path> to drive the same path.

Used by corepunch/orion-ui's Winamp app (drop MP3s/skins on the player and playlist).

Dropped files are copied into Documents under a unique name and posted as
kEventDragDrop at the drop point, one event per file. The unique-name logic
is shared with the Open dialog import. The remote-control server gains a
`drop <x> <y> <path>` command to exercise the same path.
