Summary

• Un-vendor 5 zero-delta @intx/* packages published at 0.5.0 (@intx/hub-common, @intx/mail-memory, @intx/mailbox, @intx/mime, and @intx/hub-agent) and repoint workspace/override pins to 0.5.0.
• Remove retired CL-6396 (childRunId on agent.event) fork deltas from vendor/intx/types, vendor/intx/hub-sessions, and vendor/intx/workflow-host.
• Remove retired createWorkflowRunDeployAuth / workflowRunAuthenticator fork delta from vendor/intx/hub-api and apps/hub/src/server.ts (vendor/intx/hub-api is now zero-delta against upstream 0a4eb59b).
• Replace the 5 dead local fork SQL migrations (0089–0092, 0094) and renumbered 0095–0115 migrations in vendor/intx/db/migrations/ with upstream 0a4eb59b's verbatim 0000–0110 migrations and drizzle snapshots (vendor/intx/db is now zero-delta against upstream 0a4eb59b).
• Un-export unused internal helpers (buildInboundMessageFromMail, preparedStepStageArgs) and tighten VENDORED.md and VENDORED-FROM ledgers.

Note on file/line count (max-files-changed / max-lines-changed)

• The 160 changed files and line count come almost entirely from deleting the 5 vendored package directories (vendor/intx/{hub-agent,hub-common,mail-memory,mailbox,mime} — 56 files deleted) and replacing the 5 dead fork SQL migrations + renumbered 0095–0115 SQL files in vendor/intx/db/migrations/ with upstream 0a4eb59b's verbatim 0089–0110 migrations and drizzle snapshot JSON files (vendor/intx/db/migrations/meta/*_snapshot.json).
