ReviewVerdict: approve. MERGEABLE, 0 behind. All CI jobs green including node (24) typecheck+build. No prior reviews. Nits: no package-lock (npm install unpinned); Node job does not run tests or a tarball import smoke; README still bun add github; @types/node remains 22.10.5. None of those block the floor bump. |

Verification: bun run typecheck (pass), bun test src 73 pass / 0 fail, npm pack --dry-run (pass).
