Closes CL-12066

What changed

  • The live suite sends a base64 PNG and a base64 PDF through the codex adapter and checks that the reply describes each one. Builder declares image and document input for ChatGPT models on the strength of these tests.
  • The default CODEX_LIVE_MODEL changes from gpt-5.5, which the backend now rejects for ChatGPT accounts, to gpt-6.1-sol.

How it was verified

  • bun run check: pass.
  • bun test e2e with a ChatGPT login: 3 pass (text, image, PDF) on gpt-6.1-sol.
