v1.10.4 resolves the review threads of copies a later commit removes and dismisses superseded requests for changes, which needs contents: write on the posting job. Context and reuse comments also get the wrong-review link.

Updates the echoes action pin to v1.10.4. On each new commit it now resolves its review threads whose copy is gone and dismisses its earlier requests for changes, which needs
contents: writeon the posting job, added here. Comments on repeated contexts and on dependency reuse also carry the link to report a wrong review.
