Add radar logo to GitHub Pages

Summary

• add the BitScope radar mark to the static Pages header and favicon
• use repository-relative asset paths compatible with the /BitScope/ Pages base path
• replace the published Docker access-token example with a non-secret placeholder

Root cause

GitHub Pages deploys docs-site rather than the Next.js frontend. The logo existed in the frontend only, while the Pages header remained text-only and the static SVG asset was not committed.

Verification

• validated the SVG as XML
• confirmed the header and favicon reference the committed asset
• confirmed the Pages workflow uploads docs-site on pushes to main
• confirmed the real Docker environment token remains ignored
