This works as smooth as butter now! ;) (all milestones covered here to make the segmentation GUI running fully) I'll go ahead and merge this once the tests pass! |

Major design refactor for the segmentation annotator GUI. Aesthically speaking, everything is taken care of.
I just need to plug in the automatic segmentation backbone. Will take care of it and only then merge this!
