Install

Install ql-https first; stock Quicklisp only fetches HTTP.¹

(ql-dist:install-dist "https://communal-software.github.io/ql-dist/dist/communal-software.txt")
(ql:quickload :cl-inference)

Without ql-https, clone a project into ~/quicklisp/local-projects/ instead.
