Release 0.5.7: dependency updates, pgvector 0.8.7 - #49

Bump the version to 0.5.7 and write its CHANGELOG entry. Renovate moved docker-compose.yml to pgvector/pgvector:0.8.7-pg18 in #38 but not Databases.java, so the suite tested 0.8.6 while Compose shipped 0.8.7. Both name 0.8.7 now, as do the notes that quote the pin.

Version bump to 0.5.7 and its CHANGELOG entry. Everything since v0.5.6 is dependency maintenance (Spring Boot 4.1.2, Gradle 9.8.2, Vitest 5 / Angular 22.2, Testcontainers 2, Spotless 8, Node 24 build stage, nginx 1.31, dompurify 3.4.17 security fix, Spring AI held at 2.0.1) plus the prewarm test-flake fix from #17.
One alignment: Renovate moved
docker-compose.ymltopgvector/pgvector:0.8.7-pg18in #38 but notDatabases.java, so the tests ran 0.8.6 against a 0.8.7 deployment. The pin and the notes that quote it name 0.8.7 now.No configuration, API or schema change; no migration.
After merge: annotated tag
v0.5.7on the merge commit, thenrelease.ymlpublishes both images.
