Combines the Renovate PRs #40–#46 into one branch, so the up-to-date rule costs one CI cycle instead of seven.

With 2.0.1 on the same tree all 20 pass. 2.0.2 needs its own look; Renovate will propose it again after this merge.bun.lock: the maintained lock from #46, thenbun@1.4.4 installfor the #42 changes;bun install --frozen-lockfilepasses.
