Pin Temporal to released Core v0.3.29 and prepare agent v0.0.17. Update the test workspace to Postgres v0.0.133 and the current Temporal manifest; old agent pins cannot participate in the CLI's v2 container recovery protocol. Emit release archive names accepted by the agent downloader.
Validation: the full local suite passed using a privately built current CLI (Core v0.3.29) and compatible Postgres/Temporal agent binaries in a private cache. Both
TestTemporalFullStackandTestTemporalSchemaUpgraderan and passed, including a real Postgres dependency, Temporal workflow execution, and schema upgrade. Vet passed. The initial run with the developer's older installed CLI failed the SDK isolated-control-socket check; no shared-channel fallback or test skip was added.The new Postgres agent must be published before Temporal qualification/release. Published-binary recovery and supported-matrix qualification remain tracked by codefly-dev/cli#662; these local source tests do not complete that gate.
