Pin core
v0.3.29and prepare FastAPI agent0.0.99. The current builder no longer compiles with core's recipe API:SingleImageBuildResponsenow requires the paths this build rendered. Prepare the destination through core's shared helper and pass that emitted-file inventory into the response, so the returned recipe covers its own files. The release configuration uses GoReleaser v2 and the Go 1.27 cross-toolchain.The full Go suite and vet pass against the published core tag, including the production Builder exercised over gRPC and recipe verification. CI will qualify the final manifest and release configuration. This contributes to codefly-dev/core#499 and codefly-dev/cli#662; it does not close the fleet gate or claim that the whole fleet is published.
