build(core): adopt core v0.17.0 and advertise deployment-composition-provenance/v1 - #83

…provenance/v1 - core v0.5.1 → v0.17.0; the store's gRPC endpoint is `private` (the retired `external` visibility was a false claim: the render allocates its address; exposure and location are their own axes now). - GetAgentInformation extends core's contract with deployment-composition-provenance/v1: Deploy is core's DeployKustomize, which judges dependency edges with the request's composition provenance; the host requires the live advertisement. - source.agent → codefly.dev/go:0.0.69 (older packagers hardcode GOTOOLCHAIN=local and refuse the go 1.27.2 directive this core lifts in). - test: TestMinIORejectsUserMappingBeforeCustodyMutation compares the canonical home (macOS TempDir is a symlink; the reported mount source is resolved) — it failed on macOS before this change too.
