Pre-release housekeeping for v0.0.20 (blue's critical path: cli ≥ 0.1.220's port guard needs #117's codefly.service labels; saas#1265).

#117 pinned core at v0.19.8-0.20261027211051-bc4e15cab5b0 — a commit on core's release/v0.19.7 branch, not an ancestor of any tag. core#819 squashed that branch and released it as v0.19.8 (a06da5fc, 2026-10-27 21:52Z); runners/dockerrun/service_identity.go at the tag carries WithServiceIdentity and LabelCodeflyService = "codefly.service", which runtime.go:279/527 call. A released agent must pin a tag consumers can resolve and audit.

Change: go get github.com/codefly-dev/core@v0.19.8 + go mod tidy; go.mod/go.sum only.

Verified (exit codes read directly): go build ./... 0, go vet ./... 0, go test ./... -count=1 0 (unit tier only — the integration and e2e tiers were not run; this change touches no behaviour).

Classification: fix at the owner (this repo's dependency pin). Deliberately not done: no other dependency moved; no release cut from here — v0.0.20 is codefly publish patch from main once this lands.

#117 pinned github.com/codefly-dev/core at
v0.19.8-0.20261027211051-bc4e15cab5b0, a commit on core's release/v0.19.7
branch. core#819 squashed that branch into main and released it as v0.19.8
(a06da5fc, 21:52Z); the tag carries runners/dockerrun.WithServiceIdentity and
LabelCodeflyService, which the runtime calls. A release of this agent must pin
the tag consumers can resolve and audit, not a branch commit.

go build, go vet and go test ./... pass unchanged against v0.19.8.
