Prepare object-storage 0.0.20 with the reviewed runtime ownership fixes from #117 and supported Core v0.19.8. This is a fix at the object-storage release owner: the agent continues to reuse Core process/container identity and configuration, with no local registry parser or signal implementation.

codefly agent deps --pin v0.19.8 updated the root dependency and verified the standalone build. Core's stable tag a06da5fccc7bc3fbf0e399d80eb41be00f2340fb has the same source tree as reviewed bc4e15ca. The gateway lock is adopted from the existing merged-ref publisher's gateway-image.json-0.0.20 artifact; normal supported agent publication follows this preparation.

The runtime behavior and retained MinIO custody are documented in README.md as delivered by #117, alongside docs/local-minio-recovery.md. Exact prior-source qualification: unit/race pass; selected real MinIO custody and authenticated PutGet e2e pass in 91.165s with no selected skips. The agent binds both MinIO and gateway to the loaded service identity through Core. S3/GCS/Azure and cloud deployment were not exercised. Published agent artifact qualification remains a separate gate after release.

Gateway publisher run 40597828141 succeeded from merged source c909830617394ed66d43eea218792fe80171962c. Its immutable gateway index is ghcr.io/codefly-dev/service-object-storage@sha256:f5f9dea9b8552e52085461757c0fa2f2ce0076988be70de0b6a45efcc04f0b06, prepared for version 0.0.20 across linux/amd64 and linux/arm64.
